Description
The RadioLink R8EF Replacement Receiver Antenna (Part No: RLKA001010) is the official spare part designed to restore the signal integrity of your 8-channel receiver. Whether the original antenna was nicked by a propeller or damaged during a crash, this replacement ensures your radio link remains robust and your control range stays at its maximum potential.
Key Features:
- Factory Tuned: Precisely cut to the 2.4GHz frequency band to ensure optimal resonance and sensitivity.
- Long-Reach Design: Features an approximate 210mm (8.27") total length, allowing the active tip to be positioned clear of carbon fiber frames or metal components that can block the signal.
- Easy Installation: Uses a standard IPEX (U.FL) micro-connector. This allows for a simple "snap-on" replacement without the need for delicate soldering on the receiver board.
- Ultra-Lightweight: At approximately 0.7g, it adds zero negligible weight to your aircraft, maintaining the flight performance of micro quads and gliders.
- Versatile Compatibility: While designated for the R8EF, this IPEX-style antenna is also compatible with other RadioLink receivers like the R6FG, R7FG, and R12DS.

Installation Tip:
The most critical part of the antenna is the unshielded tip. Pro-Tip: Never cut or trim the clear-coated tip of the antenna, as this will drastically reduce your control range. When routing the cable inside your model, keep the unshielded portion at least 15mm away from any carbon fiber or metal. If your receiver uses two antennas (Diversity), mount them at a 90-degree angle to each other for the best signal coverage.
Repair Note: When snapping the new IPEX connector onto the board, align it perfectly before pressing down. A small drop of non-conductive glue (like E6000 or a tiny dab of hot glue) can be used to secure the connector against high-vibration environments.
