Description
The Hobbywing Capacitor Module 'A' (Part No: HW86030000) is a specialized low-impedance power capacitor bank designed to stabilize voltage and suppress current spikes in small-to-mid-sized RC car systems. Specifically optimized for the Xerun 2.1, Xerun 3.1, and Quicrun 10BL60 series ESCs, this module acts as a "buffer," providing the extra burst of energy needed during hard acceleration while protecting the ESC’s internal MOSFETs from damaging "ripple current."
Key Features:
- Improved Launch Performance: By storing energy and releasing it instantly, this module helps maintain higher voltage under load, resulting in snappier "punch" and better start-up acceleration.
- Super Low Impedance: Engineered with high-quality, low-resistance capacitors to ensure minimal heat buildup and maximum efficiency during high-frequency switching.
- RF Interference Reduction: Significantly lowers the electrical noise (interference) generated by the ESC, which can help prevent signal "glitching" in older radio systems and improve telemetry stability.
- Compact Footprint: Specifically sized to fit into the cramped chassis of 1/10 scale on-road and off-road cars without obstructing airflow or weight balance.
- Ripple Current Endurance: Built to withstand the rapid ON/OFF cycles of high-performance brushless motors, extending the overall lifespan of the ESC.

Important Safety Note:
The Capacitor Module 'A' is a polarized component. When soldering or connecting it to your ESC's battery input leads, you must ensure the Red (Positive) wire goes to Positive and the Black (Negative) wire goes to Negative. Reversing the polarity will cause the capacitors to explode instantly upon connecting a battery. If your vehicle is running an 8S setup or a 1/5 scale ESC, you should look for the Module 'E' or the Non-Polarity versions instead, as this 'A' module is strictly for standard 2S–3S voltage applications.
