Description

The Futaba R7314SB is a versatile, full-range receiver designed for pilots who require a high number of traditional PWM ports alongside modern digital capabilities. Utilizing the ultra-reliable FASSTest 2.4GHz system, this receiver features 14 physical PWM ports, allowing you to connect a vast array of standard servos, lights, and retracts directly to the unit. Additionally, it supports S.Bus and S.Bus2 technology, enabling expansion up to 18 channels and full bidirectional telemetry.

Key Features:

  • 14 PWM Channels: Ideal for complex scale aircraft or large gliders where you prefer direct-to-receiver wiring for most control surfaces.
  • Dual RX Link (Receiver Link): Features a dedicated port to connect a second receiver. If the primary receiver encounters a signal issue, the system automatically switches to the sub-receiver for redundant safety.
  • Bidirectional Telemetry: Transmits critical data such as receiver voltage and signal strength (RSSI) back to your transmitter. Additional sensors (altitude, GPS, RPM) can be daisy-chained via the S.Bus2 port.
  • S.Bus & S.Bus2 Ports: Allows for single-cable connection to flight controllers or S.Bus-compatible servos, while also serving as the input for telemetry sensors.
  • High Voltage (HV) Support: Safely operates within a 3.7V to 8.4V range, making it perfectly compatible with 2S LiPo or LiFe receiver packs.

Technical Specifications:

Attribute Specification
Modulation FASSTest (2.4GHz)
PWM Channels 14 Ports
S.Bus Channels Up to 18 (via S.Bus mode)
Operating Voltage 3.7V – 8.4V
Dimensions 50.2 x 37.0 x 15.9mm
Weight 21.0g (0.74 oz)

Safety Tip:

When utilizing the Dual RX Link feature, ensure that your sub-receiver (such as an R9001SB or R7003SB) is bound to the same transmitter. This creates a "diversity" setup that is highly recommended for expensive turbine jets or large-scale aircraft, as it provides an extra layer of protection against signal shielding caused by large engines or carbon fiber components.
