Coronavirus Service Update

The team at Arrow Models continue to work hard to deal with the increased volume of sales that have arisen as a direct result of the coronavirus crisis and would like to thank customers for their continued support and understanding during this difficult time. We have limited resources and are doing our very best to meet our customer needs.

We are seeing major issues in the availability of product with our suppliers reporting many shortages and delayed shipments from manufacturers who are struggling to meet demand due to the problems caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Our suppliers are also working with reduced capacity, causing delays in their deliveries to our warehouse. Our advice is that if you are already thinking about buying a model or kit then do it sooner rather than later.

Domestic UK delivery times vary by region depending upon the local situation. Royal Mail still continue to have delays especially with parcel deliveries in many regions due to staffing issues caused by COVID-19. International deliveries are being affected by the restrictions in force in each country. We advise customers to expect delays and to allow more time when deciding to place orders. Carriers are striving to provide the best service they can.

We continue to receive a larger than normal volume of emails and telephone calls. We have limited resources so please be patient and we will reply to emails as soon as we can. It may be necessary for us to stop answering telephone calls at times due to our workload and higher priorities.
