Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. If there are any delays due to temporary stock shortages, etc. then we will advise you accordingly. We do not substitute goods, you get exactly what you order.

For our Standard Service we use Royal Mail for small packets and standard parcels. Our own courier is used for our next day express service which excludes weekends and public holidays. Saturday morning deliveries can be made by special arrangement and will be more expensive.

Orders with a total value over £300 are shipped FREE on our next day express service!

We will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible. Orders for next day express delivery must be received before 1 p.m. Please note that some of our delivery services will require a signature on receipt.

Delivery charges are for Mainland England, Wales and Scotland excluding the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for charges to any other destination.

Insurance

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their purchase is fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Many of the items that we sell are of high value and the compensation offered by the basic insurance included in the delivery charge is inadequate. We include an option in the checkout process to take out extra insurance to cover these situations. Arrow Models will not be responsible for any losses resulting from inadequate delivery insurance.
