Prices

All prices for products are in GBP Sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Delivery and optional insurance charges are additional and are calculated at the time you place your order. Prices listed are for internet shoppers and may vary in store.

Orders

You can place orders through this website, or if you prefer by post, email, fax or telephone.

Our website allows you to offer to purchase products from Arrow Models. Your offer does not become an order until we agree to supply your products to you, which happens only when we despatch your order. There is no contract of sale until we despatch your order. If we decline your offer we will advise you and refund your payment. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions.

All products listed are subject to availability. If for any reason a product is out of stock, you will be notified and offered the options to either wait until it is back in stock, change your order to an alternative product or cancel your order.

Payment

We accept online payments through our PayPal account where all major credit and debit cards are accepted. You do not need to open a Paypal account to use this free and secure method. If desired, you can also deal with us directly and supply your card details for processing on our shop terminal. Alternatively you can pay by postal order. We do not accept personal or business cheques.

Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched then you must contact us immediately otherwise you will have to pay for the return of your order.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a seven working day period starting from the day you receive your order in which you can return any products for a refund. You must inform us in writing or email before the end of this period. The products must then be returned unopened and in their original and undamaged condition. You are responsible for insurance and return delivery costs. Refunds will only cover the value of the products excluding any original delivery costs.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of order. Please take great care to check that your order is correct when it arrives. Once you have taken delivery you have 48 hours to notify us, in writing or email, of any defective, damaged or missing products.

Insurance

We offer additional delivery insurance in our checkout process to cover the full value of your purchase against loss or damage in transit. Arrow Models will not be responsible for any losses resulting from inadequate delivery insurance.

Refunds

Any due refund payment will be made within thirty calendar days.
